Shipping & Returns

1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number, which will update once the package is booked for pickup.

2. Order Availability

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability. If any item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you via phone and email. At checkout, you will see the available shipping options and their costs.

Shipping Methods:

• Prepaid Orders: Standard Shipping (Free) – Estimated 4-8 business days

• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100 additional charge

3. Shipping Information

Please allow 4-8 business days for domestic delivery. To avoid delays, ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including correct street numbers, abbreviations, building names, and apartment numbers.

Grizzly Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed shipments. Once your package is handed over to the courier service, we have no control over its transit.
