Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
Grizzly Wear does not accept returns for refunds, only exchanges. You may request an exchange within 15 days of delivery. We offer a reverse pick-up service for most pin codes. If your location is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you will need to self-ship the product(s).
Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website/app.
For hygiene reasons, we may refuse exchanges if the product has been worn, washed, or soiled. Defective products do not need to be sent back unless confirmed by our Customer Support Team. If you receive a defective item, email images to [contact@grizzlywear.com], and we will assist you. Once confirmed, exchanges will be processed accordingly.
If you wish to exchange an item from a combo pack, the entire pack must be exchanged. Partial exchanges are not accepted. For manufacturing defects or other concerns, you can contact us via phone or email at [support@grizzlywear.com].
Gift cards and vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable if goods are exchanged. Additionally, replacements will not include gift wrapping.
Grizzly Wear reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
